Leroy Kenner, Jr. ( Recovery OPS Manager / Bail Agent ) : Leroy joined the C 4 U BAIL BONDING, Inc. team as a licensed Surety Agent in 2009. His vast military experience and law enforcement training quickly became the foundation for our superior Recovery Operations Team. Leroy continues to support his community by being an active member of The Masons, Disabled American Veterans, and the American Legion. Leroy is a Retired Veteran. When Leroy is not writing bonds or recovering SKIPS he enjoys horse-back riding, scuba diving, and visiting with family and friends.
